About ESTA PORTAL US
We are a private company that processes US ESTA applications. We are not a government agency. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Government or CBP.
What We Are
A private third-party assistance service for U.S. ESTA applications. Our scope includes guided form handling, automated data validation, submission of your application to CBP, status tracking, and customer support by email. We are not a government agency and not affiliated with the U.S. Government or CBP.
Where the Money Goes
| Cost Category | Our Spend |
|---|---|
| Office space | $0 — fully remote |
| Phone support center | $0 — email only |
| Server infrastructure | Minimal — lean stack |
| Application processing system | Automated — low overhead |
Every dollar we do not spend on overhead is a dollar we do not charge you.
Lean Technology
Our system is automated. Data validation, form submission, and status tracking run without manual intervention for standard applications. Automated validation catches common errors (wrong passport format, missing fields, expired documents) before submission — included in the processing fee at no extra charge.
Focused Operation
Our focus is on processing ESTA applications efficiently. The majority of our budget goes to maintaining the application system, processing submissions, and supporting customers by email. That focus lets us keep the service fee low and clearly disclosed.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not provide immigration advice or legal counsel
- We do not guarantee approval — that is CBP's decision
- We do not offer phone-based troubleshooting
- We do not sell travel insurance, flights, or hotel bookings
- We do not sell your personal application data to third parties
- We do not charge for "rush" processing — the CBP queue is the CBP queue
Our Position
We offer a low-cost, transparently priced ESTA assistance service. Our service fee is separate from and in addition to the U.S. government fee, and the total is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not guarantee approval and we cannot expedite the CBP queue — those outcomes are determined by CBP alone.
