Qualifying Circumstances
Our service charge encompasses application preparation, specialist examination, customer support, and status monitoring. Refunds may be granted under these conditions:
Eligible for Refund
- Platform malfunction: If your application was not transmitted due to a technical failure on our end, you are entitled to a complete refund of all charges paid.
- Duplicate billing: If your payment method was debited multiple times for a single submission, excess charges will be reversed in full.
- Pre-examination withdrawal: If you cancel before our specialists have begun reviewing your file, the full service charge is refundable.
- Service non-delivery: If we fail to provide the described services (review, submission facilitation, support), you may request reimbursement.
Non-Refundable Items
- Government processing fees: Once transmitted to CBP, government charges cannot be recovered regardless of outcome.
- Completed submissions: Once your application has been examined and forwarded for processing, the service has been fully rendered and is non-refundable.
- Denied applications: Authorization denials are federal determinations outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Ineligible applicants: If denial results from failure to meet VWP eligibility criteria, no reimbursement is available.
Submitting a Refund Request

- Our team evaluates the request within 2 business days and communicates the determination
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment instrument within 5-10 business days
- A confirmation notice is dispatched once the reimbursement has been initiated
Partial Reimbursements
In select situations, a partial refund of the service charge may be appropriate — for instance, when your application has been examined but not yet forwarded for processing. The partial amount reflects the proportion of services already delivered.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage direct communication before initiating payment disputes with financial institutions. We are committed to resolving disagreements equitably and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and restriction from future services.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication. The policy in effect at the time of your transaction governs that purchase.
