Frequently Asked Questions
Direct answers. No fluff. Organized by topic.
General
What is ESTA? ▼
ESTA
(Electronic System for Travel Authorization) is a U.S. government
system that determines the eligibility of visitors to travel to
the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). It is
linked to your passport electronically.
Are you the U.S. Government? ▼
No. We
are a private third-party service. We are not affiliated with the
U.S. Government, CBP, or the Department of Homeland Security. We
process your application on your behalf for a processing fee. You
can also apply directly through the official CBP website.
Why should I use your service instead of applying directly? ▼
You can
apply directly through CBP. Our processing fee covers automated
data validation, form submission, status tracking, and technical
assistance. If you are comfortable filling out the CBP form
directly, you do not need our service.
How long is ESTA valid? ▼
ESTA is
valid for 2 years or until your passport expires, whichever comes
first. It allows multiple entries to the United States. Maximum
stay is 90 days per visit.
Processing & Timeline
How long does processing take? ▼
We
submit your application within 24 hours of payment. CBP typically
processes ESTA applications within 72 hours. Most are approved
within minutes to hours.
Can you speed up my application? ▼
No. All
ESTA applications go into the same CBP queue. No third-party
service can move your application ahead of others. We do not
offer or charge for 'rush' processing because it does not exist.
What happens after I submit? ▼
After
payment, we validate your data, submit it to CBP within 24 hours,
and you receive a confirmation email. You can track your status
through your account.
Costs & Fees
What is the total cost? ▼
The
total cost is displayed on the application page before you pay.
It consists of the U.S. government fee plus our processing fee.
No additional charges.
What is included in your processing fee? ▼
The
processing fee covers application handling, automated error
checking, submission to CBP, status tracking, email
notifications, and customer support by email. Everything is
included — there are no separate add-on charges.
What if my application is denied? ▼
Denial
decisions are made by CBP. We do not control outcomes. Neither
the government fee nor our processing fee is refundable after
submission.
Account & Data
Do I need to create an account? ▼
An
account is created automatically when you submit an application,
using the email address you provide.
Can I modify my application after submission? ▼
Contact
details can be updated. Core identity data (name, passport
number, nationality) cannot be changed after submission — a new
application is required.
Can I cancel and get a refund? ▼
Cancellation
before submission to CBP results in a full refund. After
submission, both fees are non-refundable.
Do you store my passport data? ▼
We
retain application data only as long as necessary. Data is
deleted within 12 months after the application lifecycle
completes. We do not sell or share your data.
How do I contact you? ▼
Support
requests can be submitted 24/7 via email through the Contact
page. Typical response time is within 24 hours.
